Reception is open daily from 08:00 – 10:00 and from 17:00 – 19:00, as our staff are out and about in the remaining time for boat handovers, cleaning, maintenance, repairs and errands – in short, for your pleasant stay.
Please help us to complete most of the registration and deregistration formalities during these times. If you need a member of staff outside these times, you can reach us via the telephone numbers on the notice board.
Guests arriving when reception is unstaffed should look for a pitch on the campsite starting behind the first three wooden slabs in the first row. Please position yourself in such a way that you do not restrict the view of the fjord for other campers any more than necessary. This applies in particular to the pitches in front of the wooden slabs in rows 2 and 3. We thank you for your consideration.
If you have not reserved a wooden pitch, please do not automatically stand in front of it, even if it is currently free. The panel could be rented out tomorrow. If it is available, we will be happy to give it to you. But please contact us in advance so that you do not have to “move”.
Your pets are always welcome. Please note that not all guests like pets. Therefore, please secure your pets so that other guests are not disturbed and the animals cannot escape uncontrollably. If in doubt, it will be difficult to find your pet in the woods around Selnes. The outcome of an encounter between stray dogs and Norwegian hunters is not sufficiently certain, but could have obvious consequences.
Guests don’t like to have the droppings of their four-legged travel companions on their shoes and the lawnmower doesn’t like to have them in the catch basket. Please pick up anything that falls onto the lawn or paths and dispose of the bags in the waste container behind the parking hall. If you need a poop bag, we will be happy to help you.
We keep the sanitary facilities clean for you at all times. However, this should not prevent you from leaving the sanitary facilities as you would like to find them. You are helping your fellow human beings and making our work easier. We would also like to thank you very much for this.
